Teedons will collaborate with the partner to confirm the design and ensure the product meets both brands’ standards.

Marketing and Promotion

To maximise the exposure of co-branded products, partners are required to promote the products via their official channels (e.g. social media, websites). All promotional content must be approved by both parties before release to ensure consistency. Teedons will provide marketing assets (such as images, videos, and copy) and conduct simultaneous promotional campaigns on its own channels to boost brand visibility.

Retail Pricing Policy

To maintain market stability and brand value, co-branded products’ retail prices should not be lower than Teedons’ equivalent SKUs. If co-branded products are distributed as gifts, they must not be sold on any public platforms, to avoid undermining pricing integrity and brand reputation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Both parties share the responsibility of maintaining brand consistency, ensuring price integrity, and avoiding actions that could harm brand reputation. Teedons guarantees product quality and will work with partners to address any after-sales service needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Evaluation and Long-Term Collaboration

Teedons will evaluate the success of the partnership through sales data, market feedback, and customer reviews. If the initial collaboration is successful, both parties can explore long-term opportunities to expand the partnership or launch a series of co-branded products.

The partnership begins with confirming the objectives and product direction. Teedons leads the design, and partners provide feedback. Once the product is developed, we will jointly launch the co-branded products alongside promotional activities.
