At Teedons, we stand behind the quality of all our products. Every Teedons product is crafted with the utmost attention to quality and safety standards. We take product performance seriously, which is why we offer a limited lifetime warranty to cover any manufacturer’s defects as outlined below.

What is Covered?

Teedons products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of initial purchase. If a defect is identified, Teedons will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product to ensure it continues to meet the highest standards.

The following are examples of issues covered by Teedons’ Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please review carefully before submitting a claim:

• Broken Lids or Leaks: If the lid of your bottle or tumbler breaks or leaks, please follow the warranty claim process. A lid is considered defective if it is marketed as leak-proof but still leaks at the opening or around the threads. A lid is also defective if it will not thread on smoothly and completely.

• Loss of Insulating Properties: Teedons guarantees the vacuum insulation of its stainless steel vessels for the lifetime of the product. In the rare event that the vacuum insulation fails, the exterior of the vessel will reflect the temperature of its contents. To test the insulation, fill your vessel with very cold ice water on a warm day, wait up to two hours, and check if any condensation forms on the outside. If condensation appears, the vacuum insulation has failed.

• Rust or Discoloration: If rust or discoloration develops on your product, please follow the cleaning instructions (available on our website) to remove it. Proper cleaning typically resolves this issue. If the problem persists, please contact us to confirm whether your product is eligible for replacement.

• Plastic or Silicone Parts Damage: If your tumbler, bottle, or other Teedons product has warped, unattached, or non-functioning plastic or silicone parts, please reach out to us to discuss your options.

What is Not Covered?

• General Wear and Tear: This includes dents, scratches, powder coating chips from being dropped or damaged, and other forms of surface wear.

• Damage from Improper Use: Damage caused by improper use, such as incorrect cleaning or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose, is not covered.

• Post-Purchase Modifications: Any modifications made after purchase, including engraving or added accessories, are not covered.

• Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.

• Counterfeit Products: Warranty coverage is only valid for genuine Teedons products.

Liability Limitations

Under no circumstances, whether for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or other tort theories, or any strict liability theory, will Teedons be liable for any incidental or consequential damages allegedly caused by a Teedons product. Additionally, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited by the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Teedons product is defective and meets the criteria for a warranty claim, please submit the following details to market@teedons.com.au:

• Order number

• Shipping address

• Product details

• Proof of purchase

• A detailed description of the issue

Warranty Process

Once your claim is processed, a replacement product will be delivered within approximately two weeks. Please ensure the product remains in your possession during the warranty claim process, as photos or additional information may be requested.

Teedons’ Limited Lifetime Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of Teedons products purchased through authorised Teedons channels within Australia.

Important Notes

• If your product is eligible for replacement, it will be replaced with the same size and color as the original purchase. If the exact product is unavailable, a similar size and color replacement will be provided. Teedons cannot always provide exact replacements for limited edition designs or custom ornamentations.
